Do you love to create with a little bit of help from a sketch challenge? We have a super sketch for you to use this week at Create with Connie & Mary:
This is my card:
Can you guess what I used for my white background layer? Is it sponged, is it designer paper, is it stamped....no!
I used the Artisan Embellishment Kit. The kit contains 2 die-cuts and I wanted to preserve one of the die-cuts so that I can re-use it over and over. I turned it into a stencil! I dug out a spray bottle of "sealer" and sprayed two coats on both sides of the die-cut. Why? Because...take this card for example, I used the die-cut to spritz some color on my background. I mixed Soft Sky Ink Refill with rubbing alcohol in a Spritzer bottle and once my color with spritzed, I removed the stencil and wiped it off! Clever huh?
