And here is this week's card:
I've had a thought in my head to use the Pennant Die for a Christmas Tree for quite some time now and I finally completed my thought! Have I told you how much I love this Glimmer Paper in Silver?
And that Pewter Embossing Powder.......wow.......move over gold & silver! I cut both sizes of the pennant shape from the Pennant Die, one in Silver Glimmer and the other in Whisper White. I embossed the Whisper White with the Snow Burst Textured Impressions Folder. I also used the Glimmer Paper to add trim around the outside of my tree by using the Scallop Trim Border Punch.
Did you also notice that I used 2 layers of Whisper White Cardstock for my background layers? White on white always looks so clean. This also enabled me to glue my Whisper White Satin Ribbon under the first layer.
The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set embossed with the Pewter Embossing Powder and cut out with the Word Window Punch. Glue to a snowflake cut from the Northern Frost Die and add a Rhinestone Jewel for bling!
