I have a difficult time getting the "greens" captured correctly on my camera so I hope today's card shows up well on your computer! Today's card was created with the "Flores Sauves" stamp set. This is a stamp set available in the Spanish Catalog from Stampin' Up!. I love the images included in this set:
Sorry the picture of the stamp set is so tiny. I copied it from the catalog and if I enlarge it, it comes out blurry. It gives you an idea of what is included in the set. Item #112913-$21.95.
I inked up my butterfly stamp 3 times with Peach Parfait, Daffodil Delight & Melon Mambo Inks. Hand-cut all 3 butterflies. Using VersaMark Ink, turn your ink pad upside-down and pounce on each butterfly until fully inked. Sprinkle with Heat and Stick Powder and use your Heat Tool to melt. Quickly sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter and again use your Heat Tool to set. If you click on the photo below, you'll catch a glimpse of all the glitter:
I used Old Olive Cardstock twice, once for the background layer which was inked with the Texture Jumbo Wheel stamp and Old Olive Cardstock again for layer #2, as a strip. I stamped the sentiment from "Flores Sauves" on the strip using Old Olive Ink repeatedly and completed the strip by outlining and gluing 2 more strips punched with the Lace Border Punch.
The sentiment was stamped on a banner that was cut with the Petal Cone Die. I scored two score lines an 1/2" apart on both ends and folded in opposite directions to make it 3D-ish and glued it with Stampin' Dimensionals.
