I used the starburst stencil from the Hooray It's Your Day Card Kit and sponged Pumpkin Pie Ink starting in the center and adding Daffodil Delight Ink on the ends. I love how sponging both ink colors added such a great look.
I stamped the light bulb image & sentiment and then added Crystal Effects on the light bulb to make it look real. And finally, I added a few Rhinestone Jewels on the background layer:
