I haven't had a chance to use the "Love Is Kindess" stamp set much and I had this vision in my head to add partial embossing to my cardstock layer, leaving a space in the center for an oval:

 

I then used a scrap piece of cardstock and cut out an oval. I used the "hole" in my cardstock for the stencil in the center you see here:

I then stamped the image in the center and colored it. For the hexagons, I hand-cut some of them right out of my cardstock piece to leave open areas for the background color to peek through. I used the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set in those open areas:
