We are looking for clean-lined creations but unlike Clean and Simple challenges, we encourage lots of detail and embellishments as long as they maintain a "clean" look to your card. We like to avoid distressing, torn edges but rather we try to create with lots of "white space" and clean edges.
Sounds great doesn't it? If you know me well, you know I don't like clutter on my cards so I think this fits me quite well. Here is the sketch to follow:
We as demo's were given a challenge of our own last month (I think it was). We were asked to join in on a "Workshop Book-a-thon" and we were asked to go +1 from the last Book-A-Thon, which means I had to book 3 workshops.....and I did it compliments of Lisa, Deb, Norma and Vicki.....thanks girls. What did we get for completing our goal? The stamp set that you see displayed on my card. This set is so cute. It is called "Gnome Sweet Gnome". I decided to create a little scenery for my female Gnome:
To accessorize my card, I used the new "Island Indigo Baker's Twine", once on one of my cardstock strips and again as a small double-looped bow:
