Good Morning friends. Well, we are getting closer and closer to the holiday celebrations. 9 more days......are you ready? It rained so hard here yesterday that it created a great big mess. I hate when it rains after a snowfall and freezes. It makes for icy conditions and I always worry about the older generation falling.

I really like the card I am showing you today. It was quite simple to put together and I just love the dove image as the whole card depicts "Peace":

I stamped the dove image from "Notably Ornate" in "Early Espresso Ink". I then flipped the oval shape from the "Designer Frames Textured Impressions Folder" on the reverse side so that the "bumpy" embossing is on the back of the card. It looks just as good on this side:

The branches are cut with "Rose Red Cardstock" and the "Bird Punch". I glued the P-e-a-c-e in place first. The letters were cut with the "Timeless Type Alphabet Dies" in "Early Espresso Cardstock". Tuck the branches on the underside of the lettering.

I added a small piece of "Neutrals Paper Pack DSP" at the bottom of the card and tied a knot with the "Rose Red Seam Binding Ribbon". I hope I have given you a bit of inspiration today. Come back and visit me tomorrow to say hi!
