Where to start with this one? I looked through all my packets of DSP and finally settled on a hostess DSP called "Cheerful Treat". I love the light pink gridded & flourished design on one of the sheets and picked two other designs from the same DSP package to match:
Okay, two more steps...a least one punch and a sparkling of glitter. Well, I combined this one, I used 2 punches and Glimmer Paper! I outlined 2 of my pieces of DSP with the Scallop Trim Punch and then I outlined my oval with the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch and Glimmer Paper. I was a little leery of using the Blossom Bouquet Punch on the Glimmer Paper but it cut through very easily. I cut the flowers in half and glued them around my oval using Sticky Strip:
I also added Rhinestone Brads on the inside of my die-cut snowflake for some more "sparkling glitter":
I hope you have enjoyed my card for today. It sure was a great challenge. I had to really think on this one. Make sure you visit the submissions from the design team as they are all wonderful to look at! Have a great day and thanks for visiting me!
